Through the CACFP federal nutrition program, every child at ABQ Childcare receives breakfast, lunch, and two snacks daily at no cost to families.

About CACFP
The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) is a federal program administered by the USDA. It reimburses childcare providers for serving nutritious meals and snacks that meet federal dietary guidelines.
All four ABQ Childcare locations participate in CACFP. This means every enrolled child receives four free meals daily, prepared fresh on-site with age-appropriate portions and seasonal menus.

Yes. We accommodate common food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please inform your center director of any allergies or special dietary needs during enrollment so we can plan accordingly and keep your child safe.
Yes. Monthly menus are posted at each center and shared through the Brightwheel app. Menus rotate seasonally and feature a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
